What does this church believe?

We classify ourselves as 'Oneness' to differentiate ourselves from those who adhere to the doctrine of the 'Trinity', developed by the Roman Catholic Church over the course of 550 years.

We believe in Scripture alone. We have no other books or manuscripts that we abide by but we do accept most English translations of the Bible as being accurate and proper for study (KJV, NIV, NASB, NKJV etc.)

We ardently reject manmade faith statements such as the "Apostle's Creed", due to it's Catholic Origin; designed to affirm the non-biblical "Doctrine of the Trinity". We believe that Jesus is the 'Son of God' but also that Jesus is the only Father you can see. As man, Jesus hungered and even travailed in the Garden of Gethsemene for strength. As God, Jesus rebuked the winds on the Sea of Galilee, raised Lazarus from the dead, and forgave men's sins.

We teach that the one God who revealed Himself in the Old Testament as Jehovah revealed himself in His Son, Jesus Christ. Thus Jesus Christ was and is God. In other words, Jesus is the one true God manifested in flesh, for in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily (John 1:1-14; I Timothy 3:16; Colossians 2:9).

While fully God, Jesus was also fully man, possessing a full and true humanity. He was both God and man. Moreover, the Holy Spirit is God with us and in us. Thus God is manifested as Father in creation and as the Father of the Son, in the Son for our redemption, and as the Holy Spirit in our regeneration. JESUS was and is in essence the “God – Man”.

We distinguish ourselves from most other Church denominations in that nearly 100 percent of our members have had a "Speaking in Tongues" experience. (Mark 16:17, Acts 10:46, Acts 11:15-18)

We believe you MUST be Born Again. (John 3:5) That is, Born of the Water and Born of the Spirit. (John 3:7)

We baptize in the Name of JESUS for the remission of sin. (Acts 2:38) (Born of the WATER) We believe that when you receive the Spirit of God into your life, you shall speak in new tongues. (Acts 2:38,Mark 16:17, Acts 10:46, Acts 11:15-18) (Born of the SPIRIT ).
